Service Description

Join Donnie Abel with his Adaptive Karate series learning the functional and holistic side of Karate. Dive into Tekki Shodan (Iron Horsman), with roots thought to be Chinese. Originally known in Okinawa as Naihanci. It was designed with two mirror-imaged parts that technically could start in either direction. Class will consist of: ~2-Person Application Drill set ~ Use of dirty fighting tactics for better advantages ~ Focus Mitt drills ~ Resistance work with partners ~ Movement lab - Improving trunk mobility and strength Course will be held at Cartoogechaye School: 3295 Old Murphy Rd, Franklin NC Saturday Oct. 21th 10am -1pm
