Join Donnie Abel for the third of 2023 Adaptive Karate Series learning the functional and holistic side of Karate. Diving into Jitte (ten hands), also from Tomari-te belongs to same family of Kata as Jion. Jitte interpreted could translate that one has the ability to face 10 opponents once mastered Class will consist of: ~2 Person Application Drill for Jitte ~ Breakdown of specific techniques and uses in Jitte ~ Dealing with Multiple opponents ~ Partner Focus Mitt Target Impact drills ~ Partner Movement lab Course will be held at Cartoogechaye School: 3295 Old Murphy Rd, Franklin NC Saturday June 17th 10am -1pm ~ In Person Course: $65 See link in event to pay online via CC or pay Cash Only at the door.
